Green Machine Smoothies
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- ½ cup dairy or nondairy milk
- 2 cups lightly packed chopped kale
- 3 cups lightly packed spinach
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
- In a blender, combine the milk, kale, and spinach. Blend until combined.
- Add the pineapple, cottage cheese, banana, flaxseeds, and honey, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
